Todd Foster
Principal Managing Member

Todd grew up in Hennessey Oklahoma. His family owned an exploration and production business. He founded Foster Energy in July 2009, and currently serves as Principal Managing Member. He oversees a growing team that is responsible for strategic business initiatives and growth. Prior to founding Foster Energy Todd spent over 5 years as an independent flowback contractor working in multiple states with all types of oil and gas wells.


Fenton Smith
Principal Managing Member

Fenton began his career in 2004. He brings over 13 years of well testing and flowback experience to Foster Energy. He has in-depth experience with all types of wells including those that reside in high pressure gas reservoirs. From Okeene Oklahoma he grew up in the oil and gas business with his father being a drilling & completions consultant. Prior to joining Foster Energy, he served in the USAF where he provided aerospace ground equipment support in the Middle East and counter drug operations in Panama.


Jason Aldrich
Principal Managing Member

Jason grew up in Fargo Oklahoma and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  In 2000 he followed his father's legacy in the oil and gas industry and began working as a roustabout.  By 2005 he was working on high pressure wells in the Deep Bossier formation.  After a stint at a major flowback company, he became a managing member of Foster Energy.


Aaron Penix - CPA, CGMA
Chief Financial Officer

Aaron has been with Foster Energy since February 2019. He has more than 20 years of accounting and audit experience primarily in the energy and defense contract industries. He holds a BBA in finance from Oklahoma Baptist University, a BS in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA in finance from Oklahoma City University. Aaron is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.


Shannon Jackson
Vice President of Operations

Shannon started his oilfield career at Schlumberger Frac Division. For nine years he had immeasurable experience with Fracs, from slick water to foam and cross link jobs, all over the United States. In his time there he worked closely with engineers and company representatives to ensure jobs went to design. Shannon also prioritized expanding his expertise by participating in numerous training classes to learn the latest techniques and to stay informed of the newest technologies. After leaving Schlumberger he took a job with Weatherford Engineered Chemistry as a district manager. Shannon managed day-to-day operations and conducted all of the field testing in labs and worked closely with customers to find what fit their needs. Shannon then had an opportunity to start his flowback career in 2008. After gaining experience flowing wells for several years, he was able to use his management experience and industry expertise to move into a leadership position for Foster Energy, running operations for several districts nationwide. Shannon's 16+ years of knowledge and experience is an asset to our customers as well as our employees.


Adrian Gerber
Oklahoma Operations Manager

Adrian grew up farming in southern Kansas and developed a strong work ethic at an early age. His father is a fabricator and taught Adrian how to fabricate. In 2018, Adrian joined Foster Energy as a shop/rig-up assistant. He brought with him 8 years of experience in welding, fabrication, and engine repair/rebuilds. In 2021, Adrian was promoted to Operations Manager of our Oklahoma field office. He built a team of certified welders and fabricators which allows Foster Energy to design and construct equipment. Through Adrian’s experience and leadership ability, he can provide our customers with rig-up solutions to maximize productivity and eliminate unnecessary downtime.


Bradley Alexander
Texas and New Mexico Operations Manager

Bradley has 22 years of experience within the oil and gas industry. He began his oilfield career as a shop hand at Eagle Oil and Gas. After gaining experience, Bradley accepted an operations manager position with Stuart Petroleum where he was responsible for rig up operations and well testing. During this time, he implemented safety procedures and fostered new and existing customer relationships. Several years later, he began consulting in flowback operations. After years of consulting, he was hired as an account manager for Stuart Pressure Controls. In 2021, Bradley joined the Foster Energy team as our Texas and New Mexico Operations Manager.


Brad Martin
South Texas Operations Manager

Brad's career started in 1996 with Diamond Offshore working on a drilling rig. In 1999 he began working on land rigs with Grey Wolf Drilling. Brad gained valuable experience during this time and used his technical and interpersonal skills to work his way up to a management position. He began flowback and well testing work in 2004 and utilized this time building solid working relationships and expanding his knowledge. Brad values cultivating positive working relationships with coworkers and customers alike. Brad brings 24 years of experience to the Foster Energy team.
